Refund policy

Overview We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Imara Essentials. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help.

Returns We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• Unused and in the same condition you received it
• In its original packaging
• Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned once opened:

• Clippers, trimmers, and electric grooming tools (if used)
• Skincare and personal care products

Exchanges We replace items that are defective or damaged on arrival. If you need an exchange, contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with photos of the damaged item.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Non-Refundable Items

• Items returned after 14 days
• Items not in original condition or missing parts
• Sale or discounted items (unless defective)

Shipping Costs Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
