1. Order Processing All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
2. Shipping Destinations We currently ship within Kenya. For international shipping inquiries, please contact us directly.

- Nairobi & Environs: 1–2 business days
- Other Counties: 2–3 business days
